Applicant must apply at least six (6) weeks before departure. The cost of the programme varies depending on the country one wants to travel to. The total cost of the following countries, U.K, Canada and Australia are £1,000 and that of U.S.A is $2,500. Republic of Ireland and for all schengen countries are $1,600.

Attach the following items to the form and submit them to our office:
- Photocopy of your student identity card
- Copies of the relevant section of your passport
- Pay an initial deposit of £400 for U.K, $600 for Canada, Australia and U.S.A and $450 for Republic of Ireland and the Schengen States
NB: The outstanding payment will be after the visa process. (The initial deposit is inclusive of the total cost).

NOTE: Return ticket is not included in the programme fee notwithstanding we arrange for the flexible flight for participate after the visa arrangement.
PARTICIPANT'S REQUIREMENTS
A completed Stuweb Travels application form, filled with black ink, attached one passport picture, copies of passport and student I D and the initial deposit. The form and the initial deposit will be sent to our overseas partners. When the confirmation packs is received from our partners, then submits the following, Bank statement and proof of source of income and a letter of introduction from school.
