Irrespective of your level, you can participate in any of the programmes being organized by Student Web Travel.

The cost of the programmes is in U.S dollars. Payment in cedis depending on the current exchange rates.

Participants are expected to follow the prescribed payment terms.

Participants are to fill out application form with their passport picture fixed sign.

A non-refundable fee.

Participants are expected to request for introductory letter from institution administration.

All passports should be signed and ensure that all details are correct.

Participants are responsible for their own bank statement from any body who is willing and able to sponsor the trip. Please note that interim bank statement is not acceptable.

Participants pay for their visa fees at the respective diplomatic missions or high commissions.

Participant has preference to the choice of flight which is not factored in the programme fee.
